Getting Help for your VLE Account

New VLE account:

All learners are set up with a Microsoft 365 account when you enrol with us. The account default log in is:

username: first name.surname @essexacl.ac.uk
password: please ask your tutor or email acltechsupport@essex.gov.uk

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password to something more personal.  If you are not sure how to create a safe password, try this password generator tool.

Forgot your username or password?

Click on the information tab at the top and use the password reset.
